After exchanging license file users are unable to access

We set up FileCloud using the Trail license. After a few days we tried to replace the license with the new community license and all users lost access. We get access only through the IP, through the address not. Any suggestions to solve the problem?

Can you please check the server URL from Admin portal >> Settings >> Server

Also, please let us know which site you have purchased the license for?

In Admin portal >> Settings >> Server >>Server URL
is set exactly to the url used for access

The license was purchased by kite.digital

Update:
The license was purchased for the URL fcloud.kite.digital, as shown in the image

We currently use the kitecloud.ddns.net url for access … Is it possible to change the license?1
