I’m sorry about the difficulties you’ve encountered trying to get up and running.

You should have gotten an email with credentials to log into our User Portal. Once you are logged in to the portal you should be able to download your license certificate.

Please check your email, including spam folders or filters, and see if you can find the FileCloud message. If you’re unable to find it, we can reset your account and another email will be sent.
